Our Company has been established to provide innovative, impartial and mutually beneficial solutions to a wide range of ,conflicts and changes within Neighbourhoods,Schools,Children Centres,Families and Individuals.

We actively involve people in the process to enhance their life skills, re connect them with themselves so they become both skilled and empowered. We use Mediation, Advocacy, and Conflict Resolution as the basis of support, Counselling clients through the process. We believe that for a  difference to be made there are some key requirements to allow significant change to happen.

• Individuals and organisations within a local community need to be genuinely  empowered in a range of skills, training and decision making processes.
• This needs to be done by an authentically independent and experienced organisation.
• Solutions need to be innovative and varied, centred around actual need not perceived.
• The answers need to be delivered where the problems are  (not where it would be nice for them to be).
• Solutions need to be cost effective with most funding spent on service delivery (minimising overhead charges).
• Longer term benefits to the people and organisations of the area (new skills, better environment, ongoing activities, sustainability) should wherever possible be left in place.

We look to build on mutually beneficial and effective partnerships with a range of people and organisations. Our beliefs and values are grounded in community development principles and practices which is the cornerstone on which community cohesion is derived from.

 As a Social Enterprise our company believes in public service and best value, therefore we re-invest our time and services into developing partnerships within communities.
